In order to unpack this file after download, please enter the following password: trainer.

Unzip the contents of the archive to the directory that stores your Makefile, i.e. (XP):
C:\Documents and settings\yourusername \Local Settings\Application aplikacji\Rockstar Games\GTA IV\savegames
You'll probably need to perform backups on files that they do not lose.
You can now start the game and load the save, and you will have access to all the attractions of the single-player mode. The reference is, inter alia, to unlocked districts, coffee shops etc. Completed will be in addition to all the main missions of the game.
