Cartoon Maker is a programme, through which children can stand alone to create animated films. A rich library of ready-made animated characters, backgrounds, background music and sound effects make it an easy and attractive way to create an animated story. The Program allows you to hop characters votes recorded by the user and allows you to rip ready movies in AVI files, which you can then play on any computer.
