In order to unpack this file after download, please enter the following password: trainer.

Unzip the contents of the archive to the directory that stores your Makefile, i.e.:
C:\Documents and Settings\username\My Documents\My dokumenty\CAPCOM\Resident Evil 5 \ ProfileName \
You'll probably need to make a backup copy of the file .bin savedatato it by chance not to lose.
Now you can run the game. Automatically get access to all levels (highest rank S), as well as various bonus material (new costumes, weapons, etc.).
