Unzip the contents of the archive to the directory where the game saves are kept, that is:
C:\Documents and Settings\username\My Documents\My Documents\My Games\BulletStorm\StormGame\
You'll probably need to perform backups on files that they do not lose.
You can run the game. All skillshoty will no longer be counted and you'll also have over 10 million points. It's also possible it will start playing from any level of the single-player campaign.
