Just as the name suggest, inside this archive you will find a fan-made patch that allows True Crime: New York City to be rendered in widescreen resolutions. This is something the native game lacks, because it was released in 2005.
To install:
Unpack content of archive to TrueCrimeNYC root directory. Hud will be fixed but aligned to the left side of the screen. There’s also added ini parameter GameSpeed, it's 128.0 by default, 200.0 with the fix. Increasing that value makes game a little slower and smooth.
