Skyrim -Community- Uncapper is a mod for The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim, created by Elys.
Description:
The default settings of this plugin will unlock the skill level caps of 100 and push them to 10000. This allows you character to be able to level up almost forever.
You will also get benefits from skills above level 100, up to level 199 including enchantement bonuses.
You may also tweaks the settings of this plugin to set your own caps, to modify the experience earning rate of each skill, the relation between skill leveling and player leveling, and to change the number of perks, health points, magicka points, stamina points, "Carry Weight" points gained at a specific level up.
Instructions:
This mod requires Skyrim mod Script Extender.
Extract the content of this archive into your Skyrim folder. ( by default the folder is "C:Program Files (x86)SteamSteamAppscommonskyrim" ) If correctly extracted you should find SKSE_Elys_Uncapper.dll and SKSE_Elys_Uncapper.ini inside your "<Skyrim installation folder>DATASKSEPlugins"
