Combat-focused turn-based RPG Dungeon Rats to hit PC next week

The creators of Age of Decadence are going to release a new combat-focused turn-based RPG, called Dungeon Rats. The game is to hit PC next week.

Independent developer Iron Tower Studio has announced that their upcoming combat-focused turn-based isometric RPG Dungeon Rats is coming out for PC on November 4, 2016 – which is Friday, next week. Story-wise, Dungeon Rats is a spin-off to Age of Decadence, another role-playing game from the same developer, known for its high level of difficulty. This new game is going to include several major changes, such as party-based combat, new tactical moves (e.g. flanking), manual placement of characters before a fight, and more.

Dungeon Rats puts you in the shoes of a warrior, fighting his way out of a gangs-ruled prison mine. Combat is the main focus of the game, and each battle is a separate challenge. The game offers 50 fights and 4 different endings. Interestingly, skill points are divided equally between characters, so the more warriors your party has, the weaker they are. This way you can play either as a powerful lone wolf or command a team of cutthroats. Read the official description on Steam to find out more.
