Focus Home Interactive revealed the release date for Styx: Shards of Darkness to be March 14, 2017. This information has appeared in a new behind the scenes video, which also discusses the main character and his abilities. The eponymous goblin assassin named Styx is a nasty little creature with a prickly sense of humor and a knack for dirty tricks (not to mention stabbing people in the neck). Styx: Shards of Darkness is now up for pre-orders on the official website, offering an exclusive outfit and dagger as a bonus.
The team at Cyanide Studios have shared a four-minute long gameplay footage of Styx: Shards of Darkness, an upcoming sequel to a 2014’s successful stealth fantasy game. The video features some neat new ways to fool guards and infiltrate well protected locations. The sneaky goblin can now not only create his clone, but do this at a distance and even teleport himself to the clone’s body. Styx: Shards of Darkness has also got a release date: March 14, 2017.
A couple of new screenshots from Styx: Shards of Darkness, the upcoming sequel to Cyanide Studios’ Master of Shadows, were revealed. They present a huge city of the Dark Elves, which the goblin assassin will have to infiltrate on his next mission. The game will feature bigger, more vertical locations, which will give players even more freedom of movement. Styx: Shards of Darkness will be available on PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One in 2016.
