Unzip the contents of the archive (a file called config.cfg) to the directory where you installed the game (\episodic\cfg\).

Optionally, you can also open this file in Notepad and replace the value:
sv_unlockedchapters on 6.
The use of this file unlocks the access to all levels of the game.
