Unzip the contents of the archive to the directory where you installed the game. Now you will need to run it. During the game, use of a combination of ALT + TAB and run the trainer. Return to the game. You will be able to use the following facilities:
F9 -immortality
F10 -eliminates the effects of the above facilities
