Unzip the contents of the archive file (called profiles. ini) to the directory that stores player profiles:
Ancient Wars Sparta\Profiles\Profile01
You'll probably have to make backups of files, so that they do not lose.
You can now start the game and load the appropriate player profile, so you will be able to unblock access to all three campaign games.
