In order to unpack this file after download, please enter the following password: trainer.

Unzip the contents of the archive file (called UNDERPL. jgsf) to the directory that stores your Makefile. You'll probably have to make backups of files, so that they do not lose.
You can now start the game and load the appropriate player profile (named underpl), so you'll be able to unlock access to all bonus materials.
