Unzip the contents of the archive file ( AUTO_4B18FD90. profile) to the directory that stores your Makefile, i.e.:
C:\Documents and Settings\username\My Documents\My Saboteur\Save Games\The My Games
You'll probably need to perform backups on files that they do not lose.
Start the game and load the newly uploaded profile. It contains, inter alia, all possible to unlock vehicles.
