Unzip the contents of the archive to the directory that stores your Makefile, i.e.:

C: Users and Settings\username\My Documents \ Inversion Saves
You'll probably need to perform backups on files that they do not lose.
You can now start the game, automatically giving access to all stages of the single-player campaign.
