This is the third and final part of the Painful Reality series.
You are still playing as Thomas Jr Tall as he goes deeper into this nightmare/ish world. In this part all of your questions will be answered, what happened to Maria, who is the punisher? and what this place is.
Five endings can be achieved, what ending will you choose?
