Unpack the archive contents, run the trainer and then the game. During the game you will be able to use the following keys:
F1 - immortality
F2 - infinite AP
F3 - no hunger
F4 - no radiation
F5 - no toxicity
F6 - infinite objects
F7 - infinite load capacity
F8 - no reload
F9 - Super Speed
F10 - infinite skill points
F11 - infinite stats points
F12 - free trade
