Unzip the contents of the archive to the game directory, run the trainer, and then click on the button to Start the Game. During the game to work, the following keys:
F1 -unlimited ammo
F2 -immortality
F3 -one shot kills every enemy
Pressing the F11 key deactivates all ease.
