Age of Wonders Planetfall - Release Date, Price, Hardware Requirements
Paradox Interactive and studio Triumph Software revealed the price and contents of a particular edition and shared the hardware requirements of their work.
Announced in May 2018, Age of Wonders: Planetfall has finally got a release date. The game will hit PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One on August 6, 2019. This is not the end of the info revealed by Triumph Software and Paradox Interactive, because we also got to know the price and content of individual editions, for which pre-orders can already be placed (e.g. through the official website of the project). Pre-order bonuses....
Let's start with the fact that players who place a pre-order will have access to the Paragon Noble Cosmetic Pack. In addition, owners of Xbox One can count on a T-shirt for their avatar, while players playing on PlayStation 4 - an exclusive console menu theme.
...and three editions of the game
The basic edition of Age of Wonders: Planetfall, will cost $49.99 for the PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One version.
Slightly more expensive is the Deluxe Edition, priced at $59.99 for the PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One version. Apart from the full version of the game, the set contains:
- Spacerpunk Cosmetic Pack ;
- Bravado Bundle Cosmetic Pack;
- Infested Worlds Scenario Planet;
- Exclusive Age of Wonders: Planetfall Deluxe Theme (PS4);
- Exclusive Jack Gelder Avatar Costume (Xbox One);
- Digital Artbook and OST (PC).
The most expensive, costing $89.99 on PC, $89.99 on PlayStation 4 (PlayStation Plus subscribers can buy it at a reduced price - $80.99) and $89.99 on Xbox One (currently available for $80.99), is the Premium Edition version, which includes all the above mentioned stuff and a Season Pass; Additionally, the PC version will include a pack with wallpapers and forum icons, in the PlayStation 4 edition the extra is an additional menu theme, and in the Xbox One version - glasses for the player's avatar.
Finally, here are the hardware requirements, revealing that although a mid-class computer is enough to play, it will be worth buying a slightly stronger PC (as long as we want to enjoy high-quality graphics).
