IN A NUTSHELL:

  1. A dangerous security vulnerability was detected in Chrome;
  2. Google programmers encourage you to download the latest update as soon as possible;
  3. The exploit is most dangerous for computers with 32-bit versions of Windows 7.

Google recommends that you update your Chrome browser as soon as possible, due to a security vulnerability that has just been detected. In most cases, the program will download the patch on its own, but if you have disabled this feature, we advise you not to delay installing the new version, numbered 72.0.3626.121. What is important, the application must be restarted in order for the patch to start working.

This vulnerability is most dangerous for 32-bit versions of Windows 7, on which, in combination with another exploit, it can be used to attack the operating system. Google developers encourage you to change to newer Windows OS or download the security patch as soon as it is made available by Microsoft.
