Topware Interactive has announced than May 25, 2017 will be the release date of Two Worlds II: Call of the Tenebrae, the next story-based expansion for a warmly-received Polish action-RPG Two Worlds II. The interesting thing is that the game was published almost seven years ago – back in 2010. Call of the Tenebrae will have the original’s hero witness his friend murdured by a rat-like race, which is going to set in motion a chain of events that will bring a horrific, ancient evil upon the realm of Anatloor.
A well-received fantasy action RPG Two Worlds II is getting a sequel. Two Worlds III is currently in the conceptual stage and will take three years of development. Before the new installment is out, fans will get an opportunity to return to the fantasy universe thanks to Two Worlds II engine update and two newly announced story-based DLCs: Call of the Tenebrae and Shattered Embrace. The first one is scheduled for late Q2 2016.
Polish studio Reality Pump, highly regarded in the Polish gaming industry, is calling it quits. According to Polish media, the shutdown was caused by financial and structural problems. Most of the employees of Reality Pump moved to Bloober Team (A-Men, Basement Crawl), which is currently working on Scopophobia.
