The Best Sims 4 DLCs - The Expansions Worth Your Money

The Sims have something for everyone. Recently, The Sims 4 was available for free, so the question many of you are probably asking right now is which DLC to get? This article should help you find the best DLC for you.

Many criticize Electronic Arts for the number of additions to The Sims and the fragmented content – and most of you will probably agree that in some cases this is a legitimate accusation. Like me. I generally agree. But not this time! Jungle Adventure is a point for EA.

Salvadorada really confirms the validity of the use of the word "adventure" in the title (I mean, you know – for what we're used to in Sims). We have to discover everything ourselves – solve puzzles, walk with sloths, fight the fire and the bats, find treasures and dig out artifacts. That's not all, because during exploration, you also get great views – lots of greenery, parrots, rocks and ruins, or long suspended bridges.

That's all nice, but what's weird is that the story happens in text form. When we have a mission to fulfill, we see a message with an illustration, description and a choice that determines whether our task ends in a reward or a decline in sim's mood. Fortunately, crossings between locations happens in the usual way, and the chances of acquiring treasure can be increased by perfecting skills.

There are people who buy new content exclusively for equipment. They won't be disappointed! Jungle Anventure offers some great items for your interiors. With the new elements, I have created the most beautiful facade of the house and garden to date. Fragments of ruins, huge hanging plants, vines, tall trees entwined with lush vegetation or every Instagrammer's dream – a huge swiss cheese plant.

CHEERS TO THE BRITISH EMPIRE...?

It took an hour at most for my sim's house to turn into the virtual equivalent of London's John Soane Museum. At the heart of this strange shrine, you can get the impression that every inch of the walls is covered with ancient sculptures and fragments of ornaments, and the passages are defined by narrow gaps between successive statues and pedestals. In the centre stands the sarcophagus of Pharaoh Seti I. Just a small benefit of having a vast fortune at a time when the British Empire was "discovering" Egypt, and the exhibits of private collections of ancient art numbered in the thousands.

You have no idea who John Soane was? He was a prominent architect. And the shape of the headstone he designed for his late wife was a direct inspiration for Britain's famous phone booths.

Either way, if you have a well-established negative attitude to imperialism, it's fair to say: just as in museums of former colonisers, you may feel a little uncomfortable here.

Finally, a tip: if you are travelling with a pet, make sure that your equipment includes a bowl, litter box and a pet spanking – Salvadoran accommodation is not properly equipped.
