Dreaming of managing your own factory? Or would you prefer to defend said facility from attacks of alien straight from Starship Troopers? If the answers to any of these questions is in the affirmative, you may be interested in the astonishing, indie economic strategy Factorio. In this science-fiction game, we supervise a futuristic factory on a hostile planet, where the dangers are not limited to bad weather and high radiation.

The work of Wube Software studio can boast of an exceptionally high level of complexity, definitely not being an easy game. In addition to taking care of the necessary raw materials and developing technologies and infrastructure, we also have to deal with the threat from the aliens. In some respects, this is a survival game – the player is forced to operate under constant tension, which is not usual in economic strategies.

It's worth noting that Factorio is not really a new game – many years ago the title was released as part of Steam's Early Access. However, this year, we have finally got to see its full version and it's certainly worth trying out.
