Planet Coaster: Simulation Evolved

Economic strategy games enabling the construction and management of an amusement park have been an almost extinct species for quite some time now, but soon this may change. Frontier Developments, studio recently known for Elite: Dangerous, whose portfolio also includes the cult RollerCoaster Tycoon 3, intends to revisit the topic of constructing roller coasters and coming up with the most cunning traps for tourists from all over the world. Although the published cutscene doesn't show it, the goal of the producers is to develop a tycoon combining comprehensive management of an amusement park with an extremely simple interface for creating tourist attractions of our dreams. Also set for release this year is RollerCoaster Tycoon World, so we’re looking at a really interesting confrontation which will be beneficial to the players as they will get as many as two titles of a genre that's been neglected for years.
