Dungeons of the Amber Griffin
- Release date: 2023
- Platform: PC (Steam)
Dungeons of the Amber Griffin is a unique project. An old-school dungeon crawler set in the land of Mystical Kashubia, where we can explore the mythology of Pomeranian tribes. A fun fact is that this production is actually supported by the Polish Ministry of Cultures and National Heritage.
As in other dungeon crawlers, here we watch everything from first-person perspective, despite having a team of four. We move around the board in leaps and bounds and the opponents do the same. It's a true representative of its genre – in flesh and blood.
In addition, the game looks really nice, and it's not even a finished product yet. The creators said that they are planning to migrate to Unreal Engine 5, so there should be plenty of cool stuff to see. I hope that Dungeons of the Amber Griffin will show the Kashubian culture, which is very obscure, in an accessible way.
