The Pokemon can also be caught on mobile devices. Although the verb "catch" is an overstatement, because – since it's a match-3 game – we simply stack them, trying to match the types. This allows our creatures to make attacks against the wild pokemon. If we get a combination long enough, we'll be able to make a special attack. This, in turn, lets us finish the skirmish and include the wild pokemon in our collection faster.
Interestingly, Pokemon Shuffle Mobile offers a system of developing the pokemon and promoting them to higher levels. On top of that, the pocket pokemon have their specific strengths and weaknesses. Therefore, before fighting a given pokemon, we can choose a monster suitable for the battle. Thus, we can access super-effective attacks. The only limitation here is the number of moves – when we use them up, we just lose.
