What is Shovel Knight Pocket Dungeon?
Shovel Knight is a really nice series of games that once won the hearts of players. The adventures of the characteristic knight with the spade were well regarded, but can their spin-off repeat that success? This is a difficult question because Shovel Knight Pocket Dungeon is a peculiar title. On the one hand, it has RPG and roguelike elements, on the other, it is a bizarre variation of... Tetris!
Shovel Knight Pocket Dungeon isn't all that simple
Shovel Knight Pocket Dungeon is a kind of Tetris but with quirks. There are falling blocks, but instead of putting them in a straight line, we will control the title hero trying to destroy or rearrange them. In this way, we will pave our way to the exit, also fighting with smaller opponents in the meantime. Our goal is the Puzzle Knight, which put us in this tiny dimension, which we did not fully plan, so you have to get out of there somehow.
