Action games. Wide category of games that require reflex, accuracy and agility. It includes, among other things, shooters (e.g. Call of Duty and Battlefield series) and action-adventure games (Tomb Raider). First and third person perspective (FPP/TPP) is used. In most cases we are playing as a character who has to defeat some enemies and reach a specific point. We can use a wide range of weapons, including pistols, rocket launchers, swords, knives and like. Action-adventure is a particular category within action games genre. Such titles put less emphasis on action and combat, focusing more on story, exploration and puzzles.

The game was created by Platinum Games, a studio known for cult Bayonetta. The action of the game takes place between events shown in the 2nd and 3rd season of the series. We move to the world in which people can control the elements of fire, earth, air or water.

Tom Clancy's The Division 2 is a result of cooperation between Ubisoft Massive and other development teams owned by the French publisher. The game is based on the modified Snowdrop Engine, thus the visuals are of very high quality.

Sniper: Ghost Warrior

A tactical action game which casts the player in the role of an experienced sniper sent on a mission against a political regime controlling Isla Trueno. The game was created by City Interactive (CI Games currently) - a Polish developer popular mainly for such series as Code of Honor or Terrorist Takedown. In Sniper: Ghost Warrior, the player takes part in a series of missions aimed at testing their combat skills.
State of Decay

A third-person perspective (TPP) sandbox action game developed by an independent studio Undead Labs. The player is in control of a shopkeeper, Marcus Campbell, and his small group of survivors, who try to survive in a world overrun by zombies. The developers prepared several dozen playable characters in total, each of them endowed with unique skills. As befits a sandbox game, State of Decay features great freedom of action and a sizable open world to explore.

Once again you play as the goblin assassin known from the first installment and the RPG Of Orcs and Men. The protagonist goes to the city of Körangar, a stronghold of the Dark Elves. There he discovers that a secretive meeting of the Elves and the Dwarves is just a cover for a dangerous conspiracy of the goblin-hating races.

God of War II

Players become members of a gang that specializes in bank heists, kidnapping, and drugs transportation. The main campaign consists of six dangerous jobs, offered via the CRIMENET system. The creators of PayDay 2 took special care to diversify the missions – as some mission elements are random, no two playthroughs are exactly the same.
Dead Island: Riptide - Definitive Edition

A remastered version of the second installment in the Dead Island series, originally launched in 2011 by the Polish studio Techland. The game picks up after the events of its predecessor. While going back home, the four protagonists had to land on a military ship which soon after became a zombie-infested hell. Eventually, we end up on the entirely new island, Palanai, where we have to fight for survival. As far as gameplay is concerned, the title is practically identical to the 2013’s original.

The story features a tropical island, cut off from the world, where a zombie epidemic spreads out. Few remaining people are trying to survive and find a way to escape the living dead. Gameplay in Dead Island is built around exploration, completing quests, crafting useful items, and fighting undead opponents.

It was developed by Traveller's Tales, a studio that specializes in LEGO games (i.e. LEGO Star Wars and LEGO The Lord of The Rings). During their adventures, the players can play as Bilbo Baggins, Gandalf, and the dwarves on their dangerous journey to retrieve the treasures of Smaug the dragon.
