A first-person RPG that combines elements of fantasy and science fiction developed by New World Computing. The plot of Might and Magic Book One revolves around solving the mystery of a holy site called the Inner Sanctum. The action is set in the land of VARN which we traverse with a party of six heroes that complete various quests and fight all sorts of monsters. In our journey, we meet a man name Corak and take part in his crusade against Sheltem, a villain who impersonates a king. Party members can belong to one of six classes and five races, while the character development system brings the solutions of Dungeons & Dragons to mind. Combat is turn-based which allows us to calmly plan our strategy for every battle. Compared to the competition, the game offers a vast, open world, while the graphics catch the eye with a larger amount of colors and details.

The Fellowship of the Ring
