The Remastered Edition was prepared by Double Fine Productions, a studio founded by Tim Schafer – one of the co-creators of the original hit. In the game you play as a trio of heroes who are trying to save the world from a threat posed by the titular tentacle.

To The Moon lets you play as two scientists working for Sigmund Corp., who offer people a chance to revisit their own memories and change the way they remember how their lives went so they can live out their biggest, unfulfilled dreams. As the two scientists delve into the mind of an ill old man named Johnathan Wyles, whose life dream was to fly to the Moon, the player’s job is to make that happen.

Monument Valley is distinguished by its artistic, minimalist graphic design, inspired by Japanese paintings and paintings by Maurits Cornellis Escher.
