Apart from PS1 (PSX), a scaled-down version, the PSOne, was also available.

X-Files: The Game is an adventure game based on the themes of a popular TV series in the convention of interactive film, produced by Fox Interactive. The player plays the role of a young FBI agent who has to solve the mystery of the disappearance of Fox Mulder and Dana Scully, a duo working on matters from the X archive. The screenplay was written by Chris Carter, and the main roles in the series - David Duchovny and Gillian Anderson - were also involved in the production.
