Fighting 23 December 2015

Another installment in the fighting game series set in the Gundam multiverse, popular especially in Japan. The game was developed by Bandai Namco. In Mobile Suit Gundam: Extreme VS Force, the players assume role of the pilots operating giant mechs, called Mobile Suits, and fight various opponents. The gameplay does not deviate significantly from what we have already dealt with in previous productions of the franchise.

In Uncharted: Fight for Fortune, the fun boils down to duels against the artificial intelligence or another player over the Internet. Of course, these battles have a form of a card game, for the purpose of which the players build their own decks.

A side-scrolling jRPG with strong elements of classic beat'em up. Fallen Legion was developed by an American studio YummyYummyTummy. The game came out for PlayStation 4 and PlayStation Vita; the two versions differ mainly in terms of story. Fallen Legion is set in a fantasy world and the player is taken to the Kingdom of Fenumia, which falls from glory due to the king's premature death.

An extended version of the turn-based tactic strategy XCOM: Enemy Unknown developed by Firaxis Games, which was a restart of the cult series started by Microprose in 90s. The plot tells a story of the first conflict between humanity and an extraterrestrial civilization. You are in control of a head of the XCOM organization, whose aim is to fend off the invasion of aliens and figure out their technology.

Metal Max Xeno is a 3D jRPG set in a post-apocalyptic world. The game belongs to a series going under the name Metal Max; the series is not much known in the West. The game features a turn-based combat system, and the graphics resemble an animated movie thanks to the cel shading technique.

A complete edition of an old school simulation game with RPG features. The title takes place in a world filled with zombies and the player's task is to survive. The game is a pastiche of the classic title The Oregon Trail which told the story of a group of settlers colonizing America. During the game, the player controls a group of survivors who travel through the USA in an old car. In order to survive, they must gather food and other useful items like medications and fuel.

In Dragon’s Crown the player becomes a hero looking for gold and glory. Together with his companions, the protagonist is trying to obtain the eponymous treasure hidden deep in an underground labyrinth. In order to reach their objective, the heroes must pass through forgotten ruins and face monsters inhabiting them.

Players compete not only against time, but also with their opponents, who try to be the first to reach the finish line without disguise. The game takes advantage of the technical capabilities of PlayStation Portable, including the rear touchpad.
