East India Company: Battle of Trafalgar is the second official addition to the 2009 East India Company's economic strategy. This time, Nitro Games developers have completely abandoned the commercial aspect, focusing on recreating the details of one of the most important naval battles in the history of the world. Players have the opportunity to take command of both the British and Franco-Spanish fleets.

Developed by the Finnish studio Nitro Games, the turn-based strategy game combines an extensive economic layer with elements of typical naval strategies. The action of the title takes place in the 18th century and the players become the leader of one of eight nations to lead it to domination on the sea routes of Europe, Africa and South-East Asia. The gameplay itself is two-track. On one hand, we have to take care of the economic development of our country, marking new routes and establishing trade and diplomatic relations with other nations.
