Vertigo 2

Vertigo 2 is the second installment in a series of VR first-person shooters originating from 2016. It was developed by an indie studio Zulubo Productions, also known for the first game and its remaster, Vertigo Remastered.

Plot

Vertigo 2 is set in the same sci-fi universe as the first game. Humanity generates energy using quantum reactors, which create small black holes. Our unlucky playable character ends up stuck in a facility build around the Quantum Reactor VII. We must face numerous dangers to find a way out.

Mechanics

Vertigo 2 is a first-person game. The player will visit many different locations, ranging from the facility's interiors to alien worlds. We can either move around smoothly or by teleporting from place to place.

On our way through the stages we'll face hordes of enemies, including security androids, hostile sentient creatures, fauna and flora. Aside from regular enemies we'll also face powerful bosses.

Our weapon roster includes a pistol, a shotgun, a machine gun and a missile launcher. We'll also occasionally wield some even deadlier tools, like a devastating heavy machine gun.

Technical aspects

Vertigo 2 requires virtual reality goggles and motion controllers.
