Wii Action Video Games
Action games. Wide category of games that require reflex, accuracy and agility. It includes, among other things, shooters (e.g. Call of Duty and Battlefield series) and action-adventure games (Tomb Raider). First and third person perspective (FPP/TPP) is used. In most cases we are playing as a character who has to defeat some enemies and reach a specific point. We can use a wide range of weapons, including pistols, rocket launchers, swords, knives and like. Action-adventure is a particular category within action games genre. LEGO Pirates of the Caribbean: The Video Game

This time around, it is the Pirates of the Caribbean movie saga. Plot-wise, LEGO Pirates of the Caribbean: The Video Game covers themes from four movies dealing with the adventures of captain Jack Sparrow, starting with The Curse of the Black Pearl and ending with On Stranger Tides.

As the title suggests, the player becomes The Dark Knight, and together with other DC Comics super heroes (such as Superman, Wonder Woman, Green Lantern, and others) has to save Gotham City from the villains.

Tomb Raider: Anniversary

It was created for the original game's tenth anniversary, having been released in 1996 both for PCs and the PlayStation consoles. Tomb Raider: Anniversary was developed by Crystal Dynamics (Tomb Raider: Legend) - a studio which took over the development of the franchise from its original creators - Core Design. The remake does not bring any differences to the original game's plot.

In the game we will meet film characters who once again have to save New York from a terrible ghostly plague. We take on the role of a new, young ghost hunter and set off on a hunt. The graphics are at a good level, and the voice of famous characters has been lent by actors known from film productions.
