Multiplayer games - hotseat iOS
In hot seat mode, as in shared or split-screen, the game is played locally on a single console or computer. Two or more players do not play at the same time, however, but in turns. This form of multiplayer is most common in turn-based strategy games (e.g. Worms, Heroes of Might and Magic), card games, board games, etc.
Heroes of Might & Magic III: HD Edition

A remastered edition of one of the most well-received installments of the legendary Heroes of Might & Magic series, created for the 15th anniversary of the game's original release and the 20th anniversary of the franchise. It was commissioned by Ubisoft and developed by DotEmu, known e.g. from the remake of the cult platform game Another World. The contents of the HD edition are the same as the base game (no expansions included) and consist of 7 story campaigns (about 50 maps in total), a skirmish mode and a functional editor. Compared to the original, the key changes are the upgraded wide-screen-compatible HD visuals. The graphics are now sharper and more clear-cut, which is the result of reprogramming over 25,000 elements and models. The multiplayer mode has also been upgraded, both in the local “hotseat” mode and the online one. Also, for the first time ever, a version for mobile devices was created.

Might & Magic: Clash of Heroes

A spin-off of the popular Might & Magic series by Capybara Games, originally released for Nintendo DS, and later also for PC and the eight generation consoles. It is a combination of logic puzzle games and turn-based strategies with significant plot, and visuals-wise it resembles a jRPG. The story was divided into 5 episodes, during which you have to complete quests, explore the world, talk to NPCs, and, of course, fight enemies. The game focuses strongly on creating and managing your team, consisting of e.g. knights, elves, wizards, necromancers, or tamed demons. It allows you to use various strategies and your troops' special abilities in battle. The single player mode is complemented by an online and a local multiplayer mode, in which your team competes against other players' teams.
Pacific Fleet

Pacific Fleet is a strategy game and a simple simulator developed by indie studio Killerfish Games. The game takes place on the Pacific Ocean, where US Navy faces Imperial Japanese Navy in a series of grand battles. There are seventeen types of ships and eight types of planes at our disposal. Combat is turn-based and has two phases: movement and attack. The key to success lies in choosing a proper tactic. While planning our strike, we have to take under consideration the randomness of the unit placement, the weather conditions, and the day-night cycle. Pacific Fleet features both single player campaign and "hot seats" multiplayer. The game stands out among other mobile games due to its high quality visuals.
Atlantic Fleet

A continuation of Pacific Fleet, a well-received simulation/strategy game developed by Killerfish Games. This time, we take part in the Battle of the Atlantic, choosing between German Kriegsmarine or Great Britain’s Royal Navy. The action is seen from the third-person perspective, while the battles are divided into movement and attack phases. The players are given more than 60 ships, as well as numerous air units. Atlantic Fleet consists of three single player modes: a dynamic campaign recreating a number of events from the years 1939 – 1945, a fictional campaign with 50 missions for each side of the conflict, as well as a single battle mode with over 30 historical assignments. The players are also treated to a hot-seat multiplayer mode. The game is characteristic for its high-quality 3D graphics that can satisfy mobile and PC users alike.
Sid Meier's Starships

Another entry in the strategy game series created by the legendary developer Sid Meier. In a way it us a continuation to the Civilization franchise, especially Beyond Earth, to which it is connected with its story. What is different is that this time we leave our planet’s surface and focus on managing a fleet of vessels in space. We lead an expedition with a task to save a distant civilization from doom, which requires protecting certain planets and eliminating things that threaten them. Class units are replaced by spaceships, which we can modify and upgrade freely. There is also a complex technology tree known from Civilization games, and victory can be achieved in several ways. Sid Meier’s Starships uses the engine from last few entries in the series, although the visuals have been slightly simplified on mobile devices.
Order of Battle: World War II

Order of Battle: World War II is a classic turn-based strategy set during WWII, and a debut game by a studio from Luxemburg, called The Aristocrats. The game was initially supposed to be released as a standalone title called Order of Battle: Pacific, but around a year into the production it was decided that it should become a free-to-play game – on the same occasion, the title has been changed. The title combines old-school mechanics, based on games such as Panzer General, with modern 3D graphics. The gameplay is conducted in a turn-based system on typical hexagons. The game, along with its expansions, provides hundreds of units with unique specialties, realistic yet approachable support system and a plethora of legendary commanders providing different bonuses for their armies. In the base version of the game, there is one training camp, serving as a tutorial, and one scenario from each available DLC.

A mobile turn-based strategy game developed by team at HandyGames studio, recreating major military operations of the World War II, like the allied landing in Normandy. We can play as either United Nations or Axis, with each faction having different units and equipment, not to mention missions and their objectives. Gameplay takes place on maps, covered in hexagon grids, based on historical battlefields, with turn-based battles resembling those from classics of the genre, e.g. the Panzer General series. 1944 Burning Bridges emphasizes tactical aspects and allows us to use various offensive tactics, including surprise attacks, surgical strikes at strategic points, seizing or destroying buildings and bridges, and setting blockades. Classic single player campaign is complemented by two multiplayer modes (online or in hotseat).
DrawRace 2: Racing Evolved

Continuation of the unusual racing game RedLynx studio from 2009. In the game, we don't participate directly in the racing competition, and our role is limited to drawing the optimal track with a finger on the screen - with the speed of drawing affecting the final speed of the car. During the race we act as observers, having only the option of using an afterburner.

In the game we choose our own fleet of ships, armaments and commanders and we take part in a series of battles, which took place during the Second World War in the Pacific waters. The game uses mechanics known from Scorched Earth and Worms games, which requires setting the right angle and strength of each shot.

A turn-based strategy game developed by Argonauts Interactive, taking place between 19th and 20th century, in the age of conquest and warfare. During the game, we assume the role of one of the historic figures, such as Theodore Roosevelt, Queen Victoria, Emperor Meiji, Wilhelm II, Jules Ferry, or Alexander III, while our objective is to lead our empire to world domination. Colonial Conquest is a turn-based game, with each turn representing one season of the year, built from three basic phases: building phase (only during the spring), movement phase, and attack phase. The game comprises of 130 regions that are controlled by other countries, while the players can reach their goals through land and naval warfare. The game was created mainly with multiplayer matches in mind, with up to six players taking control of a different leader.

A science-fiction tactical turn-based strategy game and a virtual adaptation of a board game. Legions of Steel is set in the far future, in which the allied forces of The League of Aliens and the United Nations of Earth face rebellious robots. Although the battles go on across almost all of the universe, the most important front is an underground tunnel network, where the enemy's machine-building conveyors are located. Legions of Steel features two independent story campaigns, which you can play in the single player mode or the multiplayer mode. Each of the sides in the war has different units, which in turn have unique characteristics, weapons, and combat abilities. The gameplay is turn-based and utilizes a classic bird's eye view, which gives it an oldschool feel. The visuals of Legions of Steel are based on the original board game art with 3D models. You can play the game on your own or with a fellow player in the hot-seat or asynchronous PBEM++ mode.

The gameplay is designed for between 2 and 4 people to play on a single machine or via the Internet. The players assume the role of one of four characters: Geralt, Triss Merigold, Dandelion, or Yarpen Zigrin. In the game, we hunt monsters, solve puzzles, and take on other lucrative jobs. The course of events depends on the cards drawn from a special adventure deck, ensuring that every game is unique. The graphics recreate the visual style of the original and enhance it with additional digital animations.
