Career Mode Fix is a patch for FIFA 14's career mode, created by chris2k13. Thanks to it football players lose their skills slower due to aging which makes this mechanic more realistic. This patch also fixes the bug that causes problems with the bouncers. In addition to that good players are less likely to be send to the pension at a young age, and talent scouts are cheaper. The fix makes changes to the transfer system – smaller teams with less players are more active on the market which is now open to all leagues. Also, AI controlled players won't lose their form after one season.
All of these changes make the career mode much more realistic and they add a lot of fun to the game.
To install it you have to unpack the archive in the game directory. Then, you have to run FHL-BH-Editor file and use "regenerate all bh-files take care of extern files" option.
