Supreme Storms is a mod for The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim created by MannyGT This mod tweaks the vanilla snow and rain storms weathers by making them more.... Extremely intense! The snow storm it's my favorite, you can feel the cold around you!
Also this mod adds wind buffs and reduces the distant view. It has new custom textures and it is script free, so no impact to your savegame data.
How to install: Extract the archive to “…Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\skyrim\data” and activate the mod in menu. Alternatively use Nexus Mod Manager
