In order to complete the quest and get some gold, our protagonist will have to survive many dangerous adventures and complete dozens of tasks from NPCs.

Our hero's dreams about the mysterious girl named Dana turn out to be the key to solving the mystery of the island.

Her duty is to protect priestess Lilysee who – according to legends – can lift the curse that was cast on the land by sacrificing herself.

Dex mingles elements of classic platformers with role-playing mechanics; it was inspired by classic arcade titles, as well as the works of William Gibson. The game is set in Harbor Prime, where luxurious districts stand in contrast to the filth the poor live in. The player has to face a mysterious AI that has broken loose and wishes to make irreversible changes.

The player is once again taken to the magical world of Arcanus Cella, which is a base of operations for heroes that set out on expeditions to dangerous dungeons. This time, the game begins at the end of the Sengoku period in Japan, when the country was brought to its knees by internal wars and rebellions.

The protagonist is called Musashi Miyamoto, and he is a futuristic equivalent of a ronin. His main enemy are the Nexus Roku corporation and its female CEO who is trying to release an ancient demon. The game world is dark, full of social inequality and rivaling cartels.
