Star Trek: Borg Assimilator is the first simulation of building the world embedded in the Star Trek universe. It is the RTS, where we control the Borg civilization, conquering, assimilating and constructing new Borgas. The player's task is to absorb foreign races, such as Romulans, Klingons and People belonging to the Federation, by strengthening their community, discovering new technologies and collecting raw materials. The areas occupied by Borgias are converted into biomechanical structures and assimilation chambers where we absorb the defeated enemies, increasing our numbers.

The campaign consists of 12 missions in which the player stands up against different races with more and more abilities and ability to stand up to Borgas. The overriding goal of the campaign is to assimilate several worlds and acquire the technology needed to achieve a stable Omega molecule. At the beginning of each mission we start with a ready-made colony structure with a generator, a refinery and several drones. Through conquest and assimilation we gain access to more advanced buildings such as power regenerators, scientific centres and the nest of Queen Borg.

After the end of the campaign we can continue to play assimilating the whole Alpha sector. We have the ability to modify game parameters such as initial settings, races, mission objectives, difficulty level and even the type of terrain.
