Unzip the contents of the archive to the directory where you installed the game, because it was there that stores all save'y.
You can now start the game and load the profile named UNL. Doing so unlocks all cups, cars and bonuses to which you will be able to reach by selecting the following options:
Profile > Profile Manager > Bonus
