Unzip the contents of the archive to the directory where the configuration files are stored games (Cfg). You'll probably have to make backups of files, so that they do not lose.
You can now start the game and load the save, so you will be able to unlock access to all 28 games scenarios (seven for the United States, seven for Europe and 14 for Australia).
