In order to unpack this file after download, please enter the following password: trainer.

Unzip the files to the folder with the installed game, keeping in mind, of course, previously about doing backups of previous saves. Now start the game and select the Scenario from the main menu, and you will gain access to all 10 levels.
Makefile works with versions of v1.01, v1.07 (and later) games.
