MMO shooter Warhammer 40K: Eternal Crusade to hit PC on September 23

Only a month has remained until the release of the MMO shooter Warhammer 40K: Eternal Crusade. The game is going to leave Steam Early Access on September 23, 2016.

Warhammer 40K: Eternal Crusade will soon conclude its Steam Early Access period and launch in full version for PC on September 23, 2016. As for the Xbox One and PlayStation 4 editions, their development has been put on hold and they do not have a specified launch date. Behaviour Interactive explained that the team needed the extra time to focus on the upcoming PC release, as well as deliver more optimized and expanded experience for consoles. As for the PC version, it’s current Steam user reviews are mixed, but we hope that the developers will iron out most of the wrinkles with the 1.0 patch.

Warhammer 40K: Eternal Crusade is a third-person MMO shooter with large-scale battles and big meta-game set on the war-torn planet of Arkhona. The above trailer introduces the conflict as well as its four playable factions: the Eldar, Chaos Space Marines, Space Marines and Orks. Players will be able to make use of hundreds of weapons and gadgets created across the 29 years of Warhammer 40,000 lore and join any of 20 sub-factions.
