Infinite Space 3: Sea of Stars

The third installment in the unique space strategy game series, which utilizes oldschool roguelike elements. The game, and the whole series, which started out in 2002, was developed by American studio Digital Eel. Infinite Space 3: Sea of Stars is set in the future, where humanity has colonized many planets and established contact with alien civilizations.

We play as a blind person who uses echolocation to navigate their surroundings. Our hero is able to produce and register noises, using acoustic echo to create a visual reconstruction of the game world, complementing it with his memories of times when he was still able to see.

A stealth action game developed by Andalusian Games. Tangiers takes place in an unusual, surreal world inspired by the works of Man Ray, William S. Burroughs or James Ballard. The gameplay itself was inspired by the Thief series - the player has to complete his goals by employing stealth, including sneaking or laying out traps.

Fantasy sandbox role-playing game, being a debut project from AAD Productions studio. Developers wanted to combine the mechanics of classic RPG titles (like The Elder Scrolls series) with survival aspects and free world exploration, typical of modern MMO productions. The game is played in first-person perspective, and the gameplay is focused on exploring subsequent locations by ourselves, instead on completing consecutive story quests. During the game we have to take care of the food supply.

The title was developed by Winterkewl Games, an independent studio, in cooperation with the Yogscast team, known mainly for a number of funny game materials such as Minecraft. Yogventures draws from it to the fullest, introducing a few innovations of its own to the gameplay.

In Auditorium 2: Duet, the basic gameplay mode remains the same and the player’s task is to direct a beam of sound to one of several marked fields on a two-dimensional level. To achieve this, we have to split this beam and change its direction and color, using various lenses and special spheres that interact with it.

The action is set in the far future, and the game emphasizes the economic aspect. The player's task is to colonize the planet 3452C, commonly known as the eponymous Maia. The actual gameplay takes place on procedurally generated maps, not larger than two square kilometers each. The game features relatively complex mechanics.

An arcade racing game, which is a new installment in the controversial Carmageddon series. The game was developed by Stainless Games with the financial support of the users of the crowdfunding platform Kickstarter. Similarly to the first Carmageddon game from 1997, Reincarnation enables the players to participate in unusually gory races. The objective is not only to be the first at the finish line, but to cause more destruction and casualties among the pedestrians than the opponents as well.

A point-and-click adventure game developed by an independent developer, Warbird Games. The action of the game takes place in an alternative version of the year 1999. The player assumes the role of Captain Jack Houston, the first human that was supposed to set foot on Venus. The ship manages to reach the planet, but a dangerous malfunction results in the ship crashing. The protagonist manages to survive the event but the damaged software keeps him in cryogenic sleep for the next thousand years.
Zombie Playground

A co-op-oriented action game created by an independent developer known as Massive Black. The plot here focuses on zombies invading one of American primary schools. The students decide to re-capture the building using the available weapons. The player's goal in Zombie Playground is to eliminate subsequent waves of zombies - not only strict cooperation (4 players at max) is required for success, however, but also being able to develop effective tactics and make the best of one's equipment.

Word Realms is an unusual independent production developed by Asymmetric studio, which combines the RPG genre with mechanics taken from the table game Scrabble. The clashes take place in turn-based system. Each page receives its own set of blocks with letters, and the attack is performed by creating words out of them.

A futuristic shooter with elements of strategy and tower defense. Players fight on large, open maps, which can be freely created by modifying terrain, building fortifications and buildings and setting up turrets. Production is available in free-to-play model - for some of its elements you have to pay a small amount.
