The production continues the threads started in the predecessor - the player once again finds himself in the zombie-ridden city of Raccoon City, which he travels in the skin of one of eight different characters. Our task is to defend the village of Leaf Valley against the temptations of the bad corporation Funland, which wants to turn this area into an amusement park. In order to do so, we need to build up a lot of capital. Our duties include planting plants, taking care of them, taking care of animals and digging minerals and precious stones.

The plot of the game depicts the fate of a depressed young photographer, Rei Kurosowy, who ends up in a house full of dangerous ghosts. Her only weapon in the fight against the inhabitants of the hereafter is a camera. Outside the European market the game is known as Fatal Frame III: The Tormented.

In anticipation of the third part, Onimusha Blade Warriors product came into the hands of supporters. The game is very similar in character to the Nintendo series - Super Smash Bros.
