The core of the gameplay is nearly identical to that known from Infestation (formerly WarZ), while the decision to create a new franchise was caused by a conflict with the current publisher. We begin with creating our own character and travel through a vast and open world, trying to survive against the hordes of the living dead.

Similarly as in its predecessors, the action of the game takes place on the planet Pandora, featuring a post-apocalyptic setting. A post-apocalyptic adventure game developed by Portugal studio Arkavi. The story of Bonded starts many years after the events during which humanity had fallen prey to the machine rebellion. The main character of the game is Mira, a little girl that spent her whole life in a bunker which protected her from the mechanical enemies. When the bunker inhabitants start dying due to a mysterious illness, girl’s parents go looking for a cure. As one can guess, they don’t return in the appointed time.

A free fan-made 2D web-based game, later published by Bohemia Interactive. The production was based on the survival game DayZ, which in turn was a full-fledged version of an ArmA II mod. In terms of content and mechanics, MiniDayZ is not much different from the original — the game is set in the zombie-infested Chernarus and you, as one of the survivors, are trying to last as long as your can in the hostile world.

Skytorn is an action-adventure platform game developed by Noel Berry, an independent Canadian developer who was involved in the development of such games as Night in the Woods and TowerFall: Ascension. Skytorn takes us to a post-apocalyptic world where what was left of mankind lives on islands drifting above the clouds. Search for the lost, survival-ensuring artifacts of the past led many adventurers to the underground dungeons. Our protagonist is one of them.
