With only about a month of summer left, it won’t be long before gamers across the northern hemisphere will retreat into their homes to escape the cold and gloomy evenings, and play some video games. 

In Nintendo’s latest Indie World Showcase, they showed off over 20 games that will be coming to the Switch. Some of these games are out now, and some won’t come out until next year. But for now, here are a few exciting titles to look forward to over the coming autumn months.

Hades

Developer Supergiant Games opened the showcase with their roguelike action adventure game Hades. The game has been on Steam early access since December, receiving overall extremely positive reviews from over twenty-two thousand players.

As the Prince of the Ancient Greek Underworld, team up with the gods of Olympus to escape the god of death. Each attempt at escape will change the game. Boss monsters will remember you, and you will keep the strength you gained on previous attempts. Not to mention the powerful weapons you can obtain from your Olympus allies.

If you enjoy roguelike action and teaming up with Greek gods, Hades comes to the Switch sometime this fall.
