The player's task is to help Rayman regain his lost power and free his friends from the invaders' hands. The game was produced by Ubisoft and uses a 3D graphic engine.

During the campaign, we visit five varied worlds and try to foil the plan of Mustache Girl. Hat Kid uses a special umbrella that acts as e.g. parachute, weapon and even propeller.

The character will automatically move to the right side of the screen all the time, and our interaction is limited to controlling the jet backpack. The difficulty results from the fact that along the way there are a lot of obstacles waiting for us, with which encountering ends in death.
