The player can choose from a few dozen of varied characters, some of which are well known from the previous entries in the series.

Inspired by John Woo's films, this spectacular top-down view shooter is Sweden's debut project by VRESKI studio. Players go to Hong Kong, where a fierce war of triad takes place. The gameplay is based on efficient bypassing of opponents' balls, which makes it easier to slow down time, and eliminating them with a wide range of weapons. The whole is complemented by a spectacular audiovisual setting and largely destructible environment.

Players take on the role of rulers of one of the three kingdoms fighting to take control of China. In accordance with the genre convention, the game focuses on building up the economic base and creating an army that will defeat the opponents.
