A sandbox simulation game developed by the independent studio Keen Software House. The action of Space Engineers takes place in space, and the players assume the role of engineers whose task is to build bases, gather resources, and ensure the colony’s survival. The title was created based on the NASA forecasts concerning the conditions of space colonization in the coming years. There are two game modes to choose from: creative mode and survival mode.

The players assume control of one of four different cultures that compete against one another in a procedurally generated and constantly changing world.

A third-person action game focusing on cooperative gameplay. It was developed by the Polish division of Epic Games (formerly known as People Can Fly). The action of Fortnite takes place in a world haunted by zombie-like demons. The players assume the role of operators whose task is to stop the monsters that invade the Earth through a network of portals. The gameplay is divided into two phases — during the day, we have to build a stronghold that repels demon attacks at night.

Blockade Runner introduces certain elements found in the cult-classic Minecraft to an interstellar setting, and adds a number of innovative ideas of its own. We begin the adventure by building a spaceship, a procedure which involves adding functional blocks to a metal frame. The vessel is then used to explore the procedurally-generated galaxy where almost any object can be destroyed at will.
